Missing Matter is a solo music project. It's what happens when Mike Lurz is in a room for some time with a bunch of musical instruments and some recording equipment and / or software.
Mike is a continuously curious person when it comes to the subjects of science, food, art, philosophy, mathematics, music, satire, and general creativity.
Mike has played in a bunch of bands, mostly as a drummer, but loves playing a multitude of instruments.
Mike spends his time cooking professionally, doing tech work for hire, developing video games, caring for pets and family, and making music.
